FUNDRAISING AT SHADY GROVE
Your donations to the HSA help our school in the following ways:
- allows us to provide FREE programs and events for our school community
- funds engaging & educational school-wide assemblies each year
- supplements recess offerings & playground equipment
- offers our teachers a supply allowance to support classroom learning
- hosts several teacher/staff appreciation events throughout the school year
- provides support to our economically struggling families

RECENT PROJECTS
The Shady Grove Home & School Association is a non-profit organization. Every dollar we raise goes towards supporting our teachers and students. Thanks to your annual HSA dues, generous donations, and participation in fundraisers we have been able to accomplish some really amazing projects!
- A New Storage Shed for our Learning Garden
- Eco-Friendly Reusable Decorations for school events
- A new & improved Rain Garden next to our Shady Grove pavilion
- Accessible Playground Equipment
- Shady Grove Pavilion- our brand new covered pavilion, which will provide a
shaded tabled learning area for our community during and after the school day - Shady Grove Learning Garden
How it's done...
Teachers, families and local businesses work together to accomplish these goals by:
- Paying Dues to join the H&SA each year
- Give a tax-deductible charitable donation
- Eating out on Dine & Donate Nights @ local restaurants
- Buying Spirit Wear
- Become a Corporate/Community Sponsor
- Participate in your empoyer's gift matching program
- Join us for a fundraising event like Parent's Night Out or the Shady Grove Showdown
