Fundraising

The HSA helps our school in the following ways:

• plans programs and events for our school community
• coordinates a robust after school club program
• plans/funds assemblies                                                                
• supplements recess offerings 
• offers our teachers a supply allowance to support classroom learning
• hosts teacher/staff appreciation events
• drives various fundraising activities to benefit the school community
• provides support to our economically struggling families

RECENT PROJECTS:

• Shady Grove Pavilion- our brand new covered pavilion, which will provide a shaded tabled learning area for our community during and after the school day 
• Shady Grove Learning Garden
• Improved lobby seating area & display case renovations
• Cafeteria modifications

How it's done...

Teachers, families and local businesses work together to accomplish these goals by:

• Paying Dues to join the H&SA each year
• Eating out on Dine & Donate Nights @ local restaurants
• Buying Spirit Wear
