2026-2027 Committee Chair Vacancies

**Any of these chair positions can be done in teams as co-chairs and will also work with committees & board members

Harvest Fest Co-Chair (Oct. 22)- Plan and organize our Fall Harvest event including Trunk or Treat, Pumpkin Painting & Costume Contest. Handle food sales, booking DJ, and managing volunteers during event.

Holiday Shop Chair (Dec. 7-11)- Work with our supplier Peppermint Lane to order gifts for the Holiday Shop, manage parent volunteers, advertise for the shop, and restock gifts throughout Holiday Shop week.

Family Fun Night Chair (April 4)- Plan a family fun night such as (ie. concert, bingo, a comedy show, a carnival etc.) decorate/advertise for the event & manage volunteers.

MLK Day of Service Chair (Jan. 14)- Organize a small school-wide philanthopic activity on MLK Day (ie. socks stuffed with personal care items)

4th Grade Committee Chair- Run the 4th Grade Scarecrow making event in October & Assist the 5th Grade committee with the Shady Grove Showdown.
