Our Membership Toolkit website is the command center for everything happening here at Shady Grove Elementary. Make connections using the Family Directory, RSVP for upcoming events, make online payments, sign-up for volunteer opportunities, and more!
The Shady Grove Family Directory helps families connect throughout the school year. Use it to find contact information for classmates' families when planning birthday parties, scheduling playdates, coordinating carpools, or reaching out about class events.
Because of privacy policies, the school and HSA cannot provide parent contact information. Families choose what information they'd like to share by updating their directory profile each school year.
Harvest Fest is Coming.... 
Join us on October 22nd 5:30-7:30PM for Shady Grove's Annual Harvest Fest celebration for trunk-or-treat, food, contests, music & family fun.
We can't do it without your help! Please consider joining our Harvest Fest Committee to share your ideas and talents. We are also looking for a Harvest Fest Co-Chair if you are feeling ambitious!
More ways to help:
- Donate a bag of candy
- Decorate a trunk for Trunk-or-Treat
- Paint a pumpkin for the pumpkin contest
- Volunteer to help sell food at the event
- Volunteer to help set-up or clean-up
- (4th Grade only) Volunteer for 4th Grade Scarecrow Making
